REGISTERING YOUR CHILD PRIOR TO PHOTO DAY
Your centre will hand out information a brochure that includes dates of school photos and your child's unique code, a QR you can scan and website to register your child.
A schedule will also be available in the weeks before the photos so you know which day your child/children are being photographed.
The code your child is issued is unique to your child, if you use another child's code you will miss out on your child being photographed.
If your child is not registered and consent form completed (sent by Red Cherry Photography) they will not be photographed, please ensure you have registered 24 hours prior to photo day.
PHOTO WEEK
I will arrive at the centre between 8.30-9am, please bring your child/ren in on time their photo week so they don't miss out on photos.
Children are allocated a day through the week for photos please ensure you know the day your child is being photographed, the schedule is available at the centre.
If your child is away for their photo day they will be photographed the next day of attendance or photographed at a catch up day in the weeks after.
For any children that may be a little shy or not so happy having their photo I will try on other days I am there, you will be advised if this is to be arranged.
CLASS PHOTOS WILL ALSO BE PHOTOGRAPHED - THIS MAY BE AS A GROUP OR A COMPOSITE LAYOUT OF HEADSHOTS. THESE ARE AVAILABLE FOR PARENTS TO PURCHASE IN PRINT FORM ONLY.
WHAT TO WEAR
Dress your child appropriately for the weather.
Something they like to wear and are comfortable in.
Simple colours, rich textures and classic patterns.
Avoid character and logo clothing.
Dress ups can be a fun theme.
For girls it's best to avoid low cut tops, pinafores, short skirts. Flowing skirts and dresses are a better option.
AFTER PHOTO WEEK
The gallery will be available to view 3-4 weeks after photo week, your gallery will include 5-10 different poses.
SMS/email notifications will be sent out to you when your child's gallery is ready to view.
You will create your own password protected account where all your child's/childrens photos are securely stored online.

Each year your child is photographed by Red Cherry Photography all their annual photos are stored in your secure account, a great way to look back throughout previous years. Access is available at anytime and can be shared with family and friends from your account.
You have 10 days to purchase photos to take advantage of discounted prices and free delivery to your centre, any orders after this date will incur a small postage fee.
PIc & MIX SHEETS
PIC & MIX SHEETS are an 8x12" photo print that gives you the freedom to change template design, from one photo to multiple photos and poses on one sheet.
It is a simple step of changing template and placing images into chosen photo area.

SIBLING PHOTOS
All siblings will be photographed on their photo day.
Sibling prints and digitals are available to purchase.
Only siblings who attend the centre are photographed together.
DIGITAL IMAGES
Digital packages include all portraits that are in the child's gallery PLEASE NOTE this does not include sibling or group photos
After purchasing digital images are supplied in your online account for download at anytime.
