PRIOR TO PHOTO WEEK

You will receive a home-note and flyer from your centre with your child's unique code, scan the QR code on your brochure or jump onto orders.redcherryphotography.com.au and follow the prompts to register your details and that's all you need to do before photo day!!

Parents please note, if you are trying to visit the registration form and is not working please ensure that you have not entered 'www' before the page name - if this is entered the page will not load

Your centre will advise of your child's day of photography, if for some reason your child is absent, photos will be taken the next day they attend or a catch up in another week may be arranged. all siblings attending the centre will have photos taken together.

All photos are available to purchase after photo day, no pre payment necessary.

AFTER PHOTO WEEK

Photos take 14-21 days to be uploaded to your online account, you will receive an SMS/email notification... occasionally these head to the junk folder in emails so keep an eye out.

There is 2 week ordering period from the day photos are actively online offering free school delivery, your centre will let you know this date but you will also receive notifications letting you know, after this date a delivery charge is incurred.

ALL DIGITAL PORTRAITS ARE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD IMMEDIATELY THROUGH YOUR PRIVATE ACCOUNT.
