If something isn’t right, please get in touch with us within 14 days of dispatch, and our team will be happy to help. When returning any photo package, please keep proof of postage and the date of return so we can track it easily.
This guarantee applies to prints that are damaged or defective during printing or delivery. It doesn’t cover changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the photo itself, as you’re able to view and choose your images before ordering.
Because each order is custom-made and created especially for you, we’re unable to cancel or refund once production has started. That said, we understand that mistakes happen — if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
For digital images, refunds can’t be provided once the files have been delivered, as digital products can’t be returned.
If a parcel is returned to us undelivered (for example, due to an incorrect address or a missed collection), additional postage charges will apply for resending.
